어떻게 해요
열심히 적립해서 2200 넘게모아서 이모티콘 받기 햇는데 아직까지 안와요 ㅠ 3시간이면 도착이라던데 6시간지나도 안오네요.. 6개월 넘게 적립햇는데 어떻게 해야되죠?

언제부턴가 참여를 해도 적립이 안됩니다 평소에 그런 앱 쓰지도 않고 여기서 처음 다운받은 건데 제가 참여하지도 않은 것처럼 그 퀘스트가 그대로 떠있어요 퀘스트를 터치하고 참여하고 돌아와도 퀘스트는 그대로 떠있고 적립도 안됩니다 메일보내도 그대로고 한두번은 오류겠거니해도 너무 반복이되니 이렇게 남깁니다 앱안정성?이란 말이 맞는지 모르겠지만 그런 기술적으로 개선해주셨으면 좋겠습니다
